1. The service

MendzCo is a web control panel for synchronising calendar data across booking platforms, monitoring sync health, sending alerts, and publishing shared calendar feeds.

We may update, improve, or change features over time. We will not make changes that materially reduce core functionality without reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any calendar source you add.

4. Availability

We aim to keep MendzCo reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Calendar platforms refresh on their own schedules, and we cannot guarantee the timeliness of data we read from third parties.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Charges are described on the pricing page and in your billing settings. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your organisation at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MendzCo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including double-bookings arising from third-party platform behaviour outside our control.
