1. Data we collect

Account data such as your name, email address, and organisation details.

Operational data you connect, such as property names, room names, iCal source URLs, and the availability events those sources contain.

Usage and diagnostic data needed to keep the service running and to surface sync health.

2. How we use it

To provide the service: syncing calendars, showing health, sending alerts you configure, and publishing the feeds you create.

To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and support you when you ask for help.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Lawful basis

We process data to perform our contract with you, to meet legitimate interests in running a secure service, and on the basis of your consent where required.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors who help us run the service (such as our hosting and payment providers) under appropriate agreements, and where required by law.

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your organisation, associated data is removed in line with the deletion process described in your settings.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Export and deletion are available directly from Settings, and you can contact us for anything else.

7. International transfers

Where data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect it.
